Colwith Farm Distillery is currently run by Steve Dustow (left) with his brother (centre) and father (right) running the family farm.
Supporting them behind the scenes are their loving wives and children.
In 2017 Head Distiller Jordan Gilbert (right) joined the team.
Jordan’s passion for spirits spiked during a world tour.
He found himself working back-bar in one of Australia’s most infamous cocktail bars and the seed was sown.
Returning home, he learnt the local potato farm was opening a distillery and the rest was history!
