Due to popular demand we are bringing back our Christmas Spirit Making Workshop!
Based on our award winning Gin and Vodka Schools, this experience focuses on harnessing decadent, festive flavours. Think cinnamon quills, cassia bark, nutmeg and cloves, or maybe exotic fruits or frankincense - the choice is yours this Christmas.
Join our expert distillers for a jovial Saturday afternoon this November & December to hand craft your unique and novel Christmas Spirit.
Your experience includes:
A welcome tot of mulled gin and slice of homemade Christmas cake.
An introduction into a world of festive botanicals, flavours and proper gin and vodka distillation. Samples of Aval Dor Christmas Pudding Vodka and Christmas Gin will be on offer - to help get your palates tuned!
Under the expert guidance of our team, you will develop a Christmas Spirit recipe (vodka or gin), based on YOUR preference and desires.
Next up, you will take control of a copper alembic pot still (just like ours - only smaller) and distil your Christmas Spirit.
To quench your thirst after all the hard work, we will make you a festive cocktail of course, whilst your still imbues your carefully selected flavours.
Once distilled, you will blend and hand-fill your Christmas Spirit into 1 x 70cl or 2 x 35cl ready to enjoy yourself or gift to loved ones on the big day.
Our Christmas wrapping work station, packed with ribbons, tissue paper, gift boxes and more will be available - giving your newly made Christmas Spirit that magical touch.
