Using our San Francisco Double Gold Vodka as the base, we pot distil a classic dry gin, albeit using a more delicate botanical recipe.
Next comes the spicy part - we pitch a generous helping of fresh orange zest, cassia quills, nutmeg and clove into the gin and simply wait.
Best served neat on ice or topped with ginger ale and garnished with an orange twist.
