Barrel Song

75ml Aval Dor Barrel Aged Vodka

15ml Stones Ginger Wine

30 ml honey syrup

30ml fresh lemon juice

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.  Shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain and fine strain into a cocktail coupe glass.

Garnish with a Sage leaf
