Toasted Toddy
As the colder nights draw in, try our comforting, warming and complex take on the hot toddy. So good it’ll have you longing for winter in the summertime!
50ml Aval Dor Barrel Aged Spiced Gin
2 teaspoons local honey
25ml Stones Ginger Wine
Top with hot water
Add all ingredients into a glass and top with hot water to taste.
Serve in a Hot Toddy Glass
Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wheel studded with cloves
