Gin Rickey

What started out as a dry Bourbon based beverage for US lobbyist Joe Rickey (consisting of bourbon, lime juice and soda), eventually evolved to what is essentially a twist on a Tom Collins. Bloody delicious with Aval Dor Dry Gin, so recommend you give it a whirl!

50ml Aval Dor Dry Gin

15ml lime juice

10ml sugar syrup (2 :1)

Soda water

Shake in all but soda in an ice filled shaker, double strain into ice filled hi ball glass and top up with soda

Garnish with a lime twist
