Cornish Mule

Part of the ‘Buck’ family of drinks, which comprise of spirit, ginger beer, and lime juice, this is essentially a ‘Vodka Buck’. The story goes that  the drink was created as a way to shift an excess of ginger beer and vodka in the cellar of the Cock n’ Bull Restaurant. Wes Price, the Head Bartender, mixed the two together with a squeeze of lime juice, and the drink caught on like wildfire.

50ml Aval Dor Vodka

150ml Ginger Beer

15ml lime juice

Build in ice filled hi ball and garnish with a wheel of lime
