Spiced Negroni

The Negroni was invented by the Count Negroni after he’d had a particularly bad day. He stopped into his local bar and ordered an Americano (Campari, Italian Vermouth and Soda – not to be confused with the coffee of the same name), and asked for the bartender to replace the soda with gin. Our twist switches out regular gin for Aval Dor Spiced gin, bringing warmth to this classic cocktail that makes it perfect for the colder months

35ml Aval Dor Spiced Gin

35ml Campari

35ml Rosso Vermouth

Place all ingredients in ice filled rocks glass and stir

Garnish with a wedge of orange
