At Colwith Farm Distillery we have studied our gin craft for 10 years and enjoyed every minute. Thus, we have created a Gin Making Kit so you too can join the gin making revolution.
In our Gin Lab we whittled down 60 botanicals to just 7 of our festive favourites for you to taste, touch and smell.
These 7 will not only make an incredible gin on their own, but they will pair brilliantly with the additional botanicals you may wish to forage from near and far.
And if all this isn’t enough – we’ve given you an enormous head-start. How? Well all gin is made from vodka – fact. Unlike most distilleries, we make our own potato vodka from plough to bottle. And for the last three consecutive years our Aval Dor Potato Vodka has won a Double Gold Medal in the San Francisco Best Vodka in the World Competition!
Since life is too short for bad gin, we have included our delicious potato vodka as your Gin Kit base spirit.
